We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant!
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO and COO, and streamlining operations that fuel the growth of artists and creatives we work with.
This is a part-time paid opportunity ideal for someone who’s highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. You’ll work directly with the CEO and COO to manage communication, scheduling, and client operations—all while gaining insider access to how a mission-led creative company runs behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Calendar Management: Support the CEO with scheduling, checking availability, sending invites, daily schedules, and reminders for agenda prep.
Client Onboarding: Assist in the internal setup and welcome process for new clients/members, ensuring smooth transitions and communication.
Client Checkins: Follow up in between client sessions.
Client Off-boarding: Help facilitate off-boarding workflows, ensuring client wrap-up tasks and documentation are complete.
Lead Tracking & Outreach Support: Monitor new leads and outreach, track engagement, follow up, and input contact info into the database.
